Morbaine have obtained outline planning permission for up to 8385 sq.m. (90256 sq.ft.) gross of office floorspace on former railway land at Hoole Way, Chester.
The scheme will provide a prestigous development at one of the main approaches to Chester city centre. The offices will be four storeys in height with occasional five storey features, and it will have basement car parking for 115 cars.
The site is accessible to the M53 motorway via Hoole Way (A56), and is within easy walking distance of the city centre and the main railway station. It is well served by local transport.
