This is an existing industrial site of size 1.1 acre lying directly on London Road and close to the town centre.

It is in the heart of the established retail warehouse area which is centred on Tesco, the Victoria Retail Park and the Castlefields Retail Park

An outline consent for 15,000 sq.ft. of open A1 non-food was granted in November 2007 and the scheme is currently being marketed through CBRE London and interested parties should contact Gerry Gillingham on 0207 182 2032.

In order to improve the potential of the site we have submitted an application for planning permission for a foodstore of 15,000 sq.ft. and await a Council decision.
