This site comprised an ex-factory and a recycle facility and totals some 3 acres in area.

Morbaine obtained an initial outline consent in 2006 but had to re-submit a fresh application to cater for new circumstances which was consented in March 2008.

This allows for a 25,000 sq.ft. Wickes store with external areas and a 7,500 sq.ft. Pets at Home unit both served by a car park of 200 spaces.

Morbaine built out the development in early 2009 and the units opened for trading in August 2009.
