This site comprised an ex-factory and a reclamation facility totalling 3 acres.

Planning permission was granted in 2008 for a 25,000 sq.ft. Wickes store with external areas and a 7,500 sq.ft. Pets at Home unit both served by a car park of 200 spaces.

Morbaine built out the development in early 2009 and the development was sold to Halifax Unit Life Fund in 2010.
