This site comprises an ex-factory and a recycle facility and totals some 3 acres in area.

The site already benefits from an outline planning consent but Morbaine are currently running a fresh application which is due to be determined in Spring 2008.

At the moment Wickes have agreed to take a 25,000 sq.ft. store with external areas and Pets at Home are to take a unit of 7,500 sq.ft. subject to planning.
