Morbaine has entered into Agreements with ASDA and the Buckinghamshire Hospitals NHS Trust in order to pursue planning permission for a 3,530 sq.m.gross foodstore and 186 sq.m. of unit shops.

The development is for a neighbourhood sized store to meet the needs of the growing local community in this part of Aylesbury. It will have a sales area of 1,815 sq.m. and parking for 207 cars.

The site is adjacent to the famous Stoke Mandeville Hospital and will be served by local bus routes and a cycleway. It is anticipated that the store will open for trade before Easter 2011 at which time ASDA will take a lease of the premises from Morbaine.
