Morbaine have undertaken the refurbishment of listed office premises on Green Street, Kidderminster.

The offices were previously part of the adjacent 11 acre factory site that Morbaine developed for a B&Q Warehouse store of 100,000 sq.ft.

The offices are effectively four different linked buildings, each being constructed at different times ranging from a grade II listed building from the mid-19th century to a 1930's art deco block.

The gross area of the buildings is 60,000 sq.ft and this has been converted to 46,300 sq.ft. net of open plan office space on various levels up to 4 storeys.

The development was awarded a Queen's Golden Jubilee Award by the Kidderminster Civic Society in recognition of its highest standards in presentation, development and improvement.
