Morbaine have undertaken the refurbishment of listed office premises on Green Street, Kidderminster.

The offices were previously part of the adjacent 11 acre factory site that Morbaine developed for a B&Q Warehouse store of 150,000 sq.ft. which opened on 14th December 2001.

The offices are effectively four different linked buildings, each being constructed at different times ranging from a grade II listed building from the mid-19th century to a 1930's art deco block.

The gross area of the buildings was some 60,000 sq.ft and this has been converted to 46,300 sq.ft. net of open plan office space on various levels up to 4 storeys.

The development was awarded a Queen's Golden Jubilee Award in April 2003 by the Kidderminster Civic Society in recognition of its highest standards in presentation, development and improvement.

Campion House is almost fully let and the fitting out of the 30,000 sq.ft. of space in the adjacent Elgar House was completed by May 2006. The tenants to take space in 2007 were Worcestershire County Council, Tai Ping Carpets, Boen UK and Advent Consulting.

In 2008 we were successful in letting further space to Remploy and The Health Protection Agency and by late 2009 the whole development was 95% let.

The effects of the recession have meant that several of our tenants have vacated their suites and so in June 2010 we have large and small suites available.
