The 45,000 sq.ft Tesco store with petrol filling station was developed by Morbaine in 1999.

Part of the adjoining site was developed for a McDonald's drive-thru in November 2001.

The adjacent site has now been developed out to provide new retail units for Argos Brantano and Peacocks.

There is further space for a unit of circa 6,500 sq.ft. This is currently being marketed.
