This 13 acre site was aquired from North Wales Regional Health Authority. The retail park comprises a 70,000 sq.ft non-food retail development let to Matalan (35,000 sq.ft), JJB Sports (20,000 sq.ft & first floor mezzanine) and PC World (15,000 sq.ft). The JJB Sports outlet includes their new health club concept with gym and swimming pool. The completed development has now been sold to UBS Globus Asset Management Limited.

Approximately 60 houses have been built to the rear of the retail park and on the balance of the site Morbaine are persuing proposals for a nursery, and a small non-food unit.

As part of the development a replacement chapel has been built for the Methodist Church of Wales.
