After the completion of the adjacent B&Q Supercentre in August 2004, Morbaine went on to develop out a further 20,000 sq.ft. of non-food retail units.

This had been the site of the Stern BMW garage who relocated to Worcester and planning consent was granted in July 2004.

Currys took a 12,000 sq.ft. unit and Carpetright the other 8,000 sq.ft. unit with trading beginning in November 2005.

The investment was pre-sold to Northern Ireland Local Government Officers Superannauation Committee.
