This 5 acre site was purchased by Morbaine in April 2005 following the granting of planning permission for a B&Q Warehouse site of size 62,500 sq.ft. with external areas of 23,000 sq.ft.

The site was previously occupied by Denco Limited, an air conditioner manufacturer who relocated to new facilities within Hereford.

Demolition on the site commenced in November 2005 and trading from the new store began in October 2006.

The development is currently being retained by the company whilst it seeks to develop out the adjacent phase 2 site.
