Working with Morbaine detailed planning permission was secured for the development of an 101,500 sq.ft. Tesco Extra Store.

The strategically located 10 acre site adjoins Junction 27 on the M60 where significant highway improvements have been carried out in the Portwood area.

The development has created one of the largest Tesco stores in the north of England, bringing over 400 new jobs to Stockport.
